Interneuron

In the biological nervous system, interneurons are the predominant type of neuron in the brain and spinal cord. The interneuron is also the main processing element in a NeuroBytes network. Interneurons receive inputs via four dendrites, integrate those inputs, and if the virtual membrane potential exceeds threshold, send output to downstream NeuroBytes through the three axon terminals.
